Please note that 'Gardenecos Day Lead time’ is an ‘anticipated delivery timescale’ and a typical delivery estimate for that particular product over the year. At busy periods this estimate can go up and at quite periods go down. We endeavour to keep the website up to date with real time day lead time estimates to guide you. Should the timescale be critical to your purchase always contact us in the first instance. Centrally more populated areas are delivered to more often and general with be delivered within the lead time estimates. Outlying areas may experience delays.

Delivery lead times
Additional delivery charges may be applicable if your delivery is to the following postcodes FK, KY, PA, DG, EH, G, KA*(*Mainland only), ML, T. This charge will generally be put on at the basket. In addition to the incurred charge there may be a lead time extension for your delivery of a further 7-10 days.
Currently we are unable to deliver garden buildings and storage to the following Scottish postcodes.
KW, IV, PH, AB, PA, FK, KY, DD
Weekend deliveries are usually only by request and may incur an additional charge

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery is made around the delivery time advertised, you will acknowledge that actual delivery is often via third party suppliers and carriers and can therefore be delayed by conditions beyond our control. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

Helpful advice regarding Log Cabin and Shed Deliveries
Forward Shipping and Specialist Shipping
Our returns and spare part replacement terms and conditions only apply to the main delivery address or a delivery address normally associated with that product. If an item is forward shipped by the customer we will not be responsible for any consequential loss, loss/shortages of parts, missing parts, damage or general condition of the item or building on assembly. If the item is of a wooden, natural finish or painted finish, we will not be liable for the condition of the product at its forwarding location. Any damage must be notified within 7 days of the delivery. Where specialist shipping, off shore shipping or an arrangement outside of our normal/usual shipping conditions has been arranged with the customer , we will not be liable for any consequential loss, loss/shortages of parts, missing parts, damage or general condition of the item on assembly. The item cannot be return if outside of the cooling off period. All efforts will be made to resolve any problems within 7 days of the arrival. If your item is a garden building or structure we advise assembling within 5 days to check the building thoroughly. The item must be thoroughly checked and all parts removed from their packaging and thoroughly checked to the parts list. An email with JPEG or similar photos of the issue must be sent to email@example.com within 7 days of the arrival of the item. After this time any parts, delivery cost and labour will be chargeable at the current market rate. Gardeneco accept no labiality for the condition after the 7 day cooling period.
Shortages and Damages
The Customer must inspect the goods and notify us within seven days after the day of receipt of any shortages or damage to the said goods. Any shortage or damage should be reported with detail, in writing must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the arrival of the item Telephone claims will not be accepted. Upon approved claims within the 7 days the manufacturer will forward the replacement parts usually within 5 to 10 working days, subject to stock levels. Guarantee claims made by The Customer after the period shall only be considered at the discretion of the manufacturer and not us. All statements made relating to guarantee periods are to be honoured by the manufacturer. We will assist with any guarantee claim but shall not bear responsibility or liability. We reserve the right to decline any replacement request should damage or misuse of the product have occurred upon The Customers property or during self-assembly. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by The Customer, should they fail to inspect and satisfy themselves that the product is sound and complete prior to self-assembly within the 7 day cooling off period.
The day of the Delivery
We will endeavour to meet the delivery dates / times quoted to you. In no way are these dates guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to all, part or any of your delivery you suffer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Compensation will generally not be payable due to delays, damage or loss during the delivery process.
We rely on your local knowledge to ensure that your delivery runs smoothly. Access problems must be advised at the time of order to ensure that the delivery process is a smooth one. We use many different types of vehicles and if a specific vehicle is required we must have notice.
If the cabin is to be placed on the roadside, this is solely at the customers risk and cones or similar must be used to create a maximum 7 metre wide space for the package.
Additional costs may be incurred and passed on to the customer delivery only orders are delivered to the front of the property only and considered kerb side drop only.
When we deliver the product we deliver to "Kerbside". Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address all day on the day of delivery that is capable of unloading the Company delivery vehicle and with the authority to accept the goods. We cannot give a time for delivery.
1 man delivery- If we inform you that the delivery of your cabin is a 1 man delivery we will expect that an able bodied person (capable of lifting up to 25kg) will be present to help the driver unload a delivery. If there is not an able bodied person on site to assist unloading the goods they will be returned to our premises and a reasonable charge for redelivery will apply. This fee generally will be the cost of a delivery to your property, as the initial discounted rate we offer does not apply for re-delivery due to our terms not being met. If we have attempted a delivery and an order is subsequently cancelled, the cost of delivery will be deducted from any refund.
If we are installing your shed cabin, we will unload the cabin on day of installation. We generally deliver with a 7.5 ton HGV flat bed truck with a hiab crane. Deliveries take many different forms. Crane or Hi-ab off loading is available but generally hand off load is the usual method. We require one or two able bodied people to assist in the unloading. Again if there are no bodies to help unload the cabin this will force a re-delivery an dpossible charges.
Our Pro installation is the charge only for the shed or cabin to be erected on a suitable, flat and level base. The installtion does not include the base or added extras. Shingles will also be regarding as extra and you must call 0800 6899353 or email email@example.com with any queries regarding your delivery or installation. Please note you will be charged for the fitters time if the base is not laid to a level and flat state and they have to return. We may even ask you for photo's before the team arrive. ALWAYS CALL IN THE FIRST INSTANCE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING SINSTALLATION.
Cabins can weigh between 750KG - 5.0 ton. When we deliver we will need an access route capable of taking a vehicle up to 8metres long and 2.6metres wide.
Log Cabin and Garden Buildings will generally be ordered for you and just for you. Should you cancel your cabin delivery , for whatever reason , that has been personalised for you whilst it is on route from the factory to a hub, waiting in a hub for delivery or on route to your property you will be charge. The charge will be a minimum of £250 to cover the specialist hi-ab crane delivery and driver costs. This cost is unavoidable due to the personalised picking and packing of your cabin just for you. Each cabin is customised for you and cannot be cancelled once on route. Should you wish to cancel your delivery after ordering as part of your statuary rights you may but, must pay for the cost of return back to the original source. There will be no restocking charge, only the cost of return. Should you wish to do this, this cost will be confirmed in writing and taken from your refund.
