Scotland Deliveries
Additional delivery charges may be applicable if your delivery is to the following postcodes FK, KY, PA, DG, EH, G, KA*(*Mainland only), ML, T. This charge will generally be put on at the basket. In addition to the incurred charge there may be a lead time extension for your delivery of a further 7-10 days.
Currently we are unable to deliver garden buildings and storage to the following Scottish postcodes.

South West Delivery
Additional delivery charges may be applicable if your delivery is to the following postcodes EX, TA & TQ BH & DT postcodes. This charge will generally be put on at the basket. In addition to the incurred charge there may be a lead time extension for your delivery of a further 7-10 days.
Generally Log Cabin deliveries are Kerbside only. Deliveries are usually hand bauled off the truck however, delivery can also Hi –ab crane. Access must be a minimum of 3 metres wide and 2 metres long.
Weekend deliveries are usually only by request and may incur an additional charge

Working day lead times appear on each product. Working day is classified as Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand. We cannot give timed deliveries however, we will contact you to advise and arrange a suitable delivery date. We do all the best to get your product delivered as soon as possible, but delivery term depends on goods availability in stock Once your order is placed we will contact you and confirm the exact delivery time.

Helpful advice regarding Delivery
The day of the Delivery
Drives will generally not be used due to the weight of the cabin.
When we deliver the product we deliver to "Kerbside". Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address all day on the day of delivery that is capable of unloading the Company delivery vehicle and with the authority to accept the goods. We cannot give a time for delivery.
1 man delivery- If we inform you that the delivery of your cabin is a 1 man delivery we will expect that an able bodied person (capable of lifting up to 25kg) will be present to help the driver unload a delivery. If there is not an able bodied person on site to assist unloading the goods they will be returned to our premises and a reasonable charge for redelivery will apply. This fee generally will be the cost of a delivery to your property, as the initial discounted rate we offer does not apply for re-delivery due to our terms not being met. If we have attempted a delivery and an order is subsequently cancelled, the cost of delivery will be deducted from any refund.
If we are installing your cabin, we will unload the cabin on day of installation.
We generally deliver with a 7.5 ton HGV flat bed truck with a hiab crane. Deliveries take many different forms. Crane or Hi-ab off loading is available but generally hand off load is the usual method. We require one or two able bodied people to assist in the unloading. Again if there are no bodies to help unload the cabin this will force a re-delivery
Cabins can weigh between 750KG - 5.0 ton. When we deliver we will need an access route capable of taking a vehicle up to 8metres long and 2.6metres wide.
If we have to deliver using specialist vehicles or if we cannot safely bring our HGV to your required delivery site then any reasonable costs incurred by the company will be applied.
A delivery is deemed as successful once the product has arrived at the address specified in your order. We expect that the delivery is signed for or a signed note by the buyer has been left to say that the goods can be left and delivered unsigned for.
Products will be deemed your responsibility following the delivery to your address. Once the products have been received by you, your intended recipient or a signed note has been left indicating that delivery can be left unattended.
Any loss or damage to the products after this point is your responsibility and shall then be at your own risk.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as public buildings or business premises, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
It is the Recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible. You should notify us of the shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are checked before signing the delivery note. If you believe that you delivery is damaged and have chosen to accept the delivery, it is important that you sign the delivery note as "damaged" specifying where the damage is
You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual time scales as indicated in the terms of delivery or offer an alternative remedy.
Signing of the delivery note as ‘unchecked’, un-opened or similar wording does not waive your right of notification to us for damage. Signing the delivery note in this way will be deemed to have been accepted as undamaged.
We cannot accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 48 hours after delivery have passed.
