Whenever you shop with GardenEco we want you to know you're getting a great deal. The GardenEco price match promise is your guarantee that you're never paying too much for any of GardenEco products.
We're confident that we're offering you the best deal; if you find the same comparable product cheaper on any other UK website we will match the retail price.
To request a GardenEco price match, just email sales@gardeneco.co.uk including:
- The name of the website where the product is cheaper,
- The retailers telephone number, address, website, and email if available.
We will review the details and reply to you via email within 24 hours.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all Price match requests is ultimately at the discretion of GardenEco, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
Terms and Conditions
You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:
· GardenEco price match promise applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
· Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
· The GardenEco price match promise does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
· The GardenEco price match promise is limited to the sale of the relevant product, good or service and must be delivered to the same address.
· The GardenEco price match promise does not apply to any sale items.
· The GardenEco price match promise does not include any purchases made through auctions
· The GardenEco price match promise is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
