Professional Hand Crafted Smoker Charcoal Barbecue (BBQ)

These can be used by catering companies or professional smoker connoisseurs

at home, at festivals/catering and it is also a good
choice, while participating in BBQ competitions.
The oven has been made as handicraft.

This is an oven which makes every gourmet happy, as now he/she can put oneself continuously at test:
discover new techniques and create outstanding tastes. The user of Q-series user could have higher
interests than average towards cooking art, as BBQ cooking is mostly time-consuming and there are
enough activities during the whole cooking process. Thus he/she should be interested in the cooking
process as well as result.

In addition to BBQ Q-series ovens also enable to grill, we have worked out the relevant technical solution
for that purpose. It is possible to grill with both grill charcoal and grill briquette. Grill charcoal can be
produced in the firebox before grilling, by burning wood therein, as a result of which coal incurs.

The oven has 2 fat tubs - simplifies cleaning.

Firebox:
Depth of firebox 48 cm, cast iron grate is the bottom.
The front part of the firebox is 20x20 cm stove plate where mop sauces can be warmed up.
The door is attachable in two positions good opportunity for regulating the temperature.
