The One-Touch cleaning system separates this BBQ from the crowd. Weber have incorporated a nifty device that sifts out the spent ash into an equally nifty rust proof ash catcher. The Premium One-Touch BBQ just keeps getting better with a hinged cooking grate allowing you to add extra charcoal without lifting up the grate whilst cooking. It is made from American steel and is porcelain–enamel coated inside and out. This process makes the Weber One-Touch Premium BBQ extremely durable and weatherproof which is essential for a product destined to sit outside come rain or shine. The porcelain-enamel coating also makes it easier to clean. The cooking grill is rust resistant as are the aluminium vents. It has a weatherproof handle with a heat shield to protect your hands. The tight fitting lid and the adjustable air vents mean excellent heat control leading to great BBQ cooking. It has a sturdy three-legged frame and crack-proof all weather wheels. The lid incorporates a thermometer and there is a range of colours available in the 57cm version (see below for details). The 67cm version has a Tuck-Away lid holder and 2 Char-Basket charcoal fuel holders.
